Attending MAWDI
We are Make a Difference Worldwide Institute, a vocational school that offers vocational trainings in Haiti more specifically at Onaville 22.
Vocational training is a training process aimed at acquiring the knowledge, skills and know-how essential to the exercise of a professional activity or a profession in a certain sector of activity. In this sense, MADWI offers initial training which refers to the course during which students learn the basics of any profession. During this learning period, we allow students to acquire skills and knowledge essential to the exercise of the chosen profession and a diploma or a Certificate will mark the end of this course.
Depending on the training, the duration is variable, but the course is followed in its entirety in person and without work-study.
If you choose to end this training before its end and resume it more than two years later, it will no longer be in an initial but continuous or professional training course which aims to secure and optimize their professional career, to facilitate their adaptation to new working conditions and new technologies, to promote their professional integration or reorientation as well as the development of their skills and to contribute to their social advancement.
